Refunds, terms and privacy
The plain-English version. If anything here is unclear before you hire us, call and ask — we’d rather explain it up front.
Refunds & cancellations
The mockup is free
We build your mockup before you pay anything. If you don’t want to go ahead, you owe us nothing and we don’t keep a card on file.
Payment
Once you approve the mockup, payment is due before we publish. You’ll get a secure payment link. Nothing is charged before you approve, and nothing goes live until payment clears.
Cancelling before launch
You can cancel any time before the site goes live. We refund everything you’ve paid minus work completed to date.
After launch
You have 7 days to tell us anything that doesn’t match the mockup you approved. We fix it at no charge. Beyond that window, changes are billed as regular work.
Care plan
Billed monthly, no long-term contract. Cancel any time with 7 days notice and billing stops at the end of the current month. The current month is not refunded.

Terms of service
Who you’re dealing with
Alicelization is a sole proprietorship based in Mount Vernon, New York.
What we do
We design, build and launch the website described in the mockup you approve. The scope is what’s listed under “What’s included” on our homepage — anything beyond that is quoted separately before we start it.
What we need from you
Accurate hours, services and prices; your photos and logo if you have them; and access to your domain and Google Business Profile. We can’t launch without these.
Timeline
Ten business days from the day you approve the mockup and send us your content. If content arrives late, the clock pauses until it does.
Revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included. Additional changes are $50 each.
Who owns what
When your payment clears, the site design and its content are yours. Your domain is registered in your name.
The site is hosted on our platform, which keeps the care plan simple and the price low. Hosting continues while the care plan is active. If it ends, we give 30 days notice and hand over all of your content.
Clients who want to own and host the site outright can have it built that way — a separate build, quoted separately.
What we don’t promise
We build your site to be found and to load fast. We do not guarantee a specific Google ranking, a number of calls, or an amount of traffic — nobody honestly can.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Privacy
This website collects nothing
No analytics, no cookies, no tracking pixels. The only thing this page loads from anyone else is a typeface from Google Fonts, which tells Google only that the font file was requested. Reading this page sends us nothing at all.
The contact form
The form on our homepage opens your own email app with the details filled in. Nothing is sent anywhere until you press send in your email app, and the message goes straight to us, not through this website.
What we get when you contact us
Whatever you choose to send: your name, business name, phone number, email address and any notes. We use it to reply and to do the work you asked for.
What we do with it
We never sell it, rent it, or share it for advertising. We keep inquiries for 12 months and then delete them.
Companies we rely on
If you become a client, your details pass through the services we use to run the business: Cloudflare (hosting and email), Pindrop (site builds and billing), and Stripe (payments). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.
Your choices
Email or call us and we’ll tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. No forms to fill in.
